I don’t know about you, but this week is flying by! One thing that gets me through my busy week is essential oils. Don’t ask me why, but I am so much more productive when my house smells good! So today I am going to be sharing with y’all my favorite essential oil blends for your diffuser. I have diffusers all over my house and use them every single day.
Below I share my top 10 favorite blends I use! You’ll notice I use On Guard in a lot of them. On Guard is by far my favorite oil. Therefore, it is also the one I use most often! It is the best for keeping you healthy and boosting your immune system, so I add it to most of my blends. I also add Lavender to a lot because I love the smell of lavender. It is such a calming scent, and I need as much help with calmness as I can get with a 3 year old running around. Ha!
You can change the amounts if you have a bigger or smaller diffuser. But below I list the amount of drops I use for each just to give you an idea of ratio. Obviously, you can change these to your liking! These are just my favorite blends that I tend to use the most often.

I hope this gave those of you who like to diffuse oils a quick reference guide to come to when you feel like you want to try out a new blend. Also, make sure to check out my Tips To Stay Healthy blog post where I discuss more ways you can use On Guard!
Ps- You’ll notice I use doTERRA Essential Oils, so I use their blends (like On Guard and Purify). However, most of the blends specific to doTERRA can be swapped with different oils if you don’t have those on hand! I love doTERRA and highly recommend them (I have been using their oils for 8 years), but I also think there are probably other great oils out there as well. So just use what you have and use this as a guide!
